Epigenetic health, mapped

Your health is a network. Read it.

Correlome reads how patterns across your DNA methylation move together — and turns them into a correlation map of your health, from one simple at-home test.

Coming soon. Not a biological-age clock — a view of what’s connected.

The problem

A single number can’t describe a network.

Most epigenetic tests end in one figure: a biological age. Correlome starts from a different question — not how old, but how connected.

Single score Many signals → one number
Correlation map Signals kept in relation
  1. 01

One number collapses a complex system

Your body is thousands of interacting processes. Compressing them into a single score throws away the structure — the very thing that makes two people with the same number different.

  2. 02

Age clocks tell you how old — not what’s connected

Epigenetic clocks were designed to estimate age. They are interesting, but they don’t show which systems move together, or where a shift in one area may echo in another.

  3. 03

A score is hard to act on

“Older” or “younger” is a headline, not a direction. A map of relationships points to the domains worth a closer look — and a conversation with your clinician.

How it works

From one sample to a map.

Four steps. One simple test. The heavy lifting happens in the lab and in the statistics.

  1. Step 1 · Sample

    Simple at-home collection

A small sample collected at home with a guided kit, then returned by post. No clinic visit required. Collection details will be confirmed at launch.

  2. Step 2 · Methylation array

    Genome-wide CpG profiling

Your DNA is profiled on a methylation array that measures methylation levels at a very large number of CpG sites across the genome.

  3. Step 3 · Correlation analysis

    Co-methylation networks

Rather than reading sites one by one, we look at how they vary together — building co-methylation networks and mapping them against health domains.

  4. Step 4 · Health signal report

    Your correlation map

A clear, visual report of domain-level signals and how they relate to each other — designed to be explored, and discussed with a professional.

What you get

A report you can explore, not just read.

See domain-level signals side by side, and the correlations between them. The goal: understand which systems move together, so you know where to look first.

Science & approach

Health is relational.

DNA methylation is one of the ways cells regulate which genes are active. It responds to genetics, environment and lifestyle — which makes it a rich, dynamic layer to read. Correlome is built by people with a background in molecular and systems biology, and we treat it as a system.

“The question isn’t only how much — it’s what moves with what.”

Our design principle
1

Correlation over single markers

Individual CpG sites are noisy and rarely tell a story alone. Patterns of co-methylation — sites that rise and fall together — carry more structure than any one site in isolation.

2

Systems biology at heart

Physiology is a web of feedback loops. We model health domains as nodes in a network and look at the relationships between them, not just their individual levels.

3

Transparent by design

We’ll explain what each part of the report means, how it was derived, and where its limits are. We’d rather say “we don’t know yet” than overstate a signal.

4

Privacy-first

Your epigenetic data is personal. Our aim is to collect only what’s needed, never sell your data, and give you control over it. Full details will be published before launch.

What is DNA methylation?

DNA methylation is a chemical tag — a methyl group — added to DNA, most often at sites called CpGs. It doesn’t change your genetic code, but it helps regulate which genes are switched on or off. Methylation patterns are shaped by genetics, age, environment and lifestyle, which makes them a useful window into how your body is functioning.

How is Correlome different from biological-age tests?

Biological-age tests (epigenetic “clocks”) combine selected CpG sites into one number that estimates age. Correlome looks at how methylation patterns vary together across the genome and maps those co-methylation networks against health domains. Instead of a single score, you get a picture of relationships — which domains appear connected, and how.

Is Correlome a medical diagnosis?

No. Correlome is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please discuss any health questions or decisions with a qualified healthcare professional. (Placeholder wording — final regulatory language to be confirmed.)

What kind of sample do I provide?

Correlome is designed around a simple at-home collection kit — no clinic visit needed. The exact sample type and collection instructions will be confirmed before launch and included with every kit.

What happens to my data?

Privacy is a founding principle. We intend to collect only what’s needed to produce your report, never sell your personal or genetic data, and give you clear controls to access and delete it. A full privacy policy will be published before we accept any samples.

When will Correlome be available?

Soon. We’re preparing for launch now. Join the waitlist and we’ll let you know when kits become available — no spam, just the important updates.
